I became licensed in the State of Oregon (LCSW #L3797) in 2006 and began this private practice where I have had the privilege of providing mental health therapy services and consultation ever since.

Over the course of my career, I have completed extensive training in a variety of approaches and techniques for mental health treatment so that, together, we can select from a host of science and evidence based practices that are mostly likely to be effective for the unique person you are, all within the sanctuary of a compassionate, warm and supportive relationship.

My training includes but is not limited to: Mindfulness Practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Recovery, Attachment Theory, Neurobiology, Family Systems, Solution Focused, and Expressive Arts Therapy. My work reflects my values and I sincerely and intently endeavor to make all of my work Strengths Focused, Collaborative, Trauma Informed, Anti-Racist, and LGBTQIA+ Affirming.
